is struggling with his physical and mental health.
The singer decided to cancel the remaining 70 concerts of the Justice World Tour that would culminate next March.
This is not the first time Bieber suspended his world tour. JB canceled two shows in Toronto, scheduled for June 7 and 8, and the one in Washington DC, on June 10.
Justin Bieber released a statement on his social media explaining how he prioritizes his physical and mental health.
Reports indicate that a source close to Bieber revealed that he's also struggling with his mental health, due to Ramsay-Hunt's syndrome.
Ramsay-Hunt's syndrome is a rare yet severe neurological disorder characterized by facial paralysis.
A virus that affects the facial nerve near one of the ears causes the Ramsay-Hunt's syndrome.
The syndrome can cause a painful shingles rash and hearing loss in the affected ear.
Through an Instagram story, Bieber announced the suspension of the rest of the tour.
"Earlier this year, I went public about my battle with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome... As the result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North America leg of the Justice Tour," Bieber shared with his followers.
"After getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now," he continued.
"So I'm going to take a break from touring for the time being. I'm going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better."
Bieber thanked his supporters and showed them some love in the message.
