Halsey (born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane), 27, took to Instagram and posted a series of snaps to showcase their glamorous hair and makeup transformation.
They channeled the look of starlets from yesteryear with a style made popular in the 1940s and 50s, which included a healthy dose of waves and curls and a part on the left.
'a Marilyn Mon-red moment?' the New Jersey native wrote, in a nod of respect to Marilyn in the caption, along with a red lips emoji.
The photos, which were shot in a bathroom, showcased the pop star in a white robe that slightly hung off their shoulders.
