A cause of death has been determined for Kris Jenner's mother, Mary Jo Shannon. The Jenner and Kardashian family matriarch, who was affectionately known as "MJ" by her loved ones, died at 91 on July 16. According to a death certificate obtained by Us Weekly, Shannon's cause of death was listed as acute cardiopulmonary arrest.
