Even though the third book in the Bridgerton series focuses on Benedict, season 3 will instead jump forward in the narrative, shifting its focus to Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington.  However, if the big reveal in the fourth book, that Penelope is Lady Whistledown, happens, it could take away from Benedict's love story.
