I've been struggling with glute activation for years. I've tried everything – different squat variations, hip thrusts, glute bridges… I even tried those weird banded exercises. Nothing seems to work! I'm starting to think my glutes are just genetically predisposed to be flat. It's so frustrating seeing other people achieve the results I'm desperately working towards.
