Seriously, losing weight is only HALF the battle with pushups. I dropped 30 pounds and still can’t do more than a couple proper pushups. There’s something deeper going on here. It’s like my muscles just don't activate the way they should. Maybe it’s a neurological thing? Or perhaps years of compensating with bad form have messed up my muscle memory. Whatever it is, it’s frustrating as hell. I'm following all the advice, watching all the videos, but it feels like I'm hitting a wall. Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice beyond "lose weight and fix your form"? I'm starting to think I need a personal trainer or physical therapist to figure this out.
